It started delivering its first homes in 2019 and in May 2020 the company took in significant investment from Infracapital and today has a plan to build to over 1 million homes in the areas it is building. In total the capital budget of its plan stands at over £1 billion co financed by Infracapital, a consortium of banks and over £390m in Government subsidy.
